Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're a small studio and want to get the experience right for one market before we expand.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There are no separate delivery charges at checkout — it's already included in the price.
How long it takes
Because each pendant is hand-made to order from your drawing or photo, the full timeline has a few stages. Please plan for 6–8 weeks total from order to delivery:

The clock for crafting only starts after you approve your proof, so approving promptly is the best way to receive your piece sooner.
Tracking
Once your pendant ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date. You can choose either a re-craft — a brand-new hand-made piece (about 5 weeks: ~15 business days to remake + ~10 business days shipping; not a pre-made spare) — or a full refund.
